Meditate
Most of the time we think that meditation is just sitting and reciting the famous OM (primordial sound). For many, this might seem like a boring practice that they could never achieve :P. However, this paradigm of what meditation truly means is just one of many practices to achieve the result that this famous practice, in my opinion quite misunderstood and distorted, leads to.
And from there I will begin, sharing with you my own definition of "Meditating" (as an experienced meditator with more than 20 years on this wonderful path and how amazing it has been, continues to be, and where I have been guided):
"Meditation is the art of going within yourself, experiencing the pleasure of the 'now' in which Planet Earth is vibrating. It is returning to the 'state of Being' connected with your Inner Divine Essence in balance between your Body, Mind, and Soul."
Meditation is the practice through which we can achieve full awareness of ourselves.
This takes time, and although many brave souls may embark on this journey of self-discovery, it's a result that few can achieve, sustain, or even understand. This is due to living in an extremely "filler-driven" culture where the state of Nothingness or Emptiness seems to be something we should fear. And so we are "filled" and oversaturated with images, models, food, ideas, thoughts, beliefs, and a long etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
Since I achieved the long-awaited state of Being, Crystal Mind, or the state of emptiness and inner silence, I can share with you that there is no greater joy, pleasure, health, and harmonious feeling than possessing yourself, your Mind, your Body, and your Soul.
Discovering yourself connected to the Great Energy of this Planet, the Higher Energy, and from where you can feel and hear more beings connected to your Essence accompanying you and holding your hand during the Journey, which is truly worth embarking on the fortunate path that for me has meant "leaving everything" until I am face to face with this wonderful Being we call Mother Earth and being able to experience her true embrace of Love and Light.
However, I would not have achieved what I have been able to achieve without the help of the beings who guide me on the subtle plane at all times and who are my soul family, that is, my star family with whom I made a pact to evolve, and that is with my Twin Flame.
There are many ways to reach the State of Being or Unified Consciousness (Oneness within), which is the result that a true meditation practice should lead you to, and here I share several paths that were of great help on my own path to Oneness.
I must also share with you that there are beings who are born with various gifts of sensory perception or are natural meditators, the "crystal beings," and who are already in the unity of being. However, sooner or later they are also affected by the density of culture and must lower their vibrations in order to adapt and understand what the "life" system that has developed on this planet is all about, haaa!! :), (it should be mentioned that some of them do not manage to adapt and have to leave before, but this is information that I will share in the section on sensitive beings.)
There are generally two ways to meditate, and over the years I've realized that one is a result of the other, depending on each person, body, and path: PASSIVE MEDITATION and DYNAMIC MEDITATION .
